I can see that you have thought hard about Maia, his feelings and describing him. I know from conversations that you had more on your slides but your work deleted. I wish I got to read it as you have some very clever thinking. Keep thinking deeply about the character as it helps us to understand who Maia is and explains his actions throughout the story.
